Amy Nowacki Headshot

Amy Nowacki, PhD

Associate Staff
Email: [email protected]
Location: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus

Research

My primary research focus is on the communication and learning of statistical concepts, particularly in harmonizing with the case-based, clinical learning orientation of health professions education. Mentoring and providing biostatistical collaboration to Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine student researchers is a critical complement to my classroom teaching. The majority of such work entails guiding students through the entire research process from research question development and study design to data analyses and reporting. A second educational research interest, which has emerged through collaborative work, involves characterizations of innovative dissemination pathways, and information uptake, by medical patients and the broader public.
